Little Ones Cure Foundation (LOCF) will keep the user information collected through its website (www.littleonescure.org) strictly confidential. It will not be shared with any external agencies or individuals. However, LOCF will keep the users updated about its happenings and developments through bulletins and newsletters with an option to unsubscribe.
While forwarding a donation to LOCF, well-wishers have to submit personal information to ensure genuine contributions:

2. Your email and mailing address
3. Your telephone number
4. Your payment processing details
5. Your PAN details
6. Any other data as LOCF may require
You will be asked to provide your personal information when making donations, requesting communications, applying to volunteer with LOCF, and/or in connection with other LOCF business (whether via the website, email, direct mail, or telephone communications).

Please be informed that LOCF can accept donations in INR only and cannot take any foreign contributions as of now. We will update once we receive FCRA approval.

Some indicators include users reluctant to provide complete information, users acting as agents but refusing to provide details, payments in cash or equivalents only, large inconsistent donations, and requests for third-party paymen

- Users must ensure their use of LOCF’s platform complies with all applicable laws and that no funds used originate from unlawful activities.
- Users must report suspicious activity or red flags to relevant government authorities.
IV. ACTION BY LOCF
Upon knowledge of suspicious transactions or any policy breach, LOCF may:

- Suspend or delete a campaign
- Suspend or delete user accounts
- Take other appropriate actions
V. CONSEQUENCES OF AML POLICY VIOLATIONS
Users agree that violations of this AML Policy may cause irreparable damage to LOCF. LOCF may claim damages in addition to other legal remedies.
VI. NO LIABILITY
LOCF is not liable for illegal transactions on its platform or any consequences suffered by campaign stakeholders if LOCF takes action per this policy and applicable laws.

Usage of Donations
Donations will be used towards the treatment of the specified child. If the final treatment cost exceeds the donation, LOCF will cover the balance. If the final cost is lower, excess funds will support another child. Donors will be informed about the treatment, progress, and discharge of the child they support.
