Mr.Vidya Bhushan
Mr. Vidya Bhushan was a former Assistant General Manager, Reserve Bank of India, a dedicated Member of Lions Clubs International for Over 45 Years and Managing Trustee, Lions Club of Hyderabad Greenlands Charitable Trust. Currently he oversees complete functioning of a 30-bed charity hospital in Hyderabad. Committed to community service, the hospital provides care for individuals with physical disabilities, orphans, and underprivileged children. Key initiatives include free paediatric cardiac surgeries, plastic surgery camps in rural areas, and outreach programs extending to Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
Mr.G. Rajeswara Rao
Mr. Rajeswara Rao is a former officer of the Indian Revenue Service, who retired as Chief Commissioner of Incometax, after 37 years of service in the Central Government. Post-retirement, he was Insurance Ombudsman, Office of the Insurance Ombudsman Hyderabad, for 3 years. He served as an Independent External Monitor, HAL and Andhra Bank. He was also Independent Director in KIMS for seven years.

He Graduated from JNTU with Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts setting the course for a career marked with creative talent and establishing a strong foundation and respect in the industry. Alongside his profession he is dedicated in working towards improving the lives of children and families living in urban poverty thereby creating a meaningful impact in the society.
Mr.Raghunath Reddy Kosika
Raghunath Reddy Kosika completed his Masters in Information Technology from UK. He is presently in the construction business. He has been a member of Lions Clubs International for more than 12 years and is the Region Chairperson of the 320D District. He is also a Trustee of the Lions Club of Hyderabad Greenlands Charitable Trust. Currently running a charity hospital, he is passionate about community service and providing care for individuals with physical disabilities, orphans, and those in need. Key initiatives include free paediatric cardiac surgeries and free plastic surgery camps, primarily in rural areas.
Mr P Madhukar swamy
Madhukar Swamy is a Deputy Commissioner of Police with the Telangana State Police. He is presently posted as the Principal of the Police Training College (PTC), Amberpet, and Medchal. He previously served as DCP Crimes at Rachakonda Police Commissionerate. He is an Advisor to Paravasthu Creative Foundation, a Charitable Trust working for the upliftment of rural youth by providing coaching for various government sector exams. The foundation also conducts activities such as health camps, blood donation drives, tree plantation, skill development programmes, and organises job melas for private sector jobs.
Dr. Parag Shankarrao Dekate
Dr. Parag is Clinical Director Of Pediatrics & Head Of Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Dr. Parag earned the Medal of excellence in Pediatric residency at PGIMER, Chandigarh. He is the Co-convener for FEBINAR (Lecture series under Pediatric Intensive Care Chapter, Indian Association of Pediatric) and accredited teacher and guide for Pediatric Critical care Nursing fellowship under Pediatric Intensive Care Chapter, Indian Association of Pediatric. Dr. Anil Kumar Dharmapuram
Dr. Anil Kumar Dharmapuram Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Surgeon KIMS Hospitals pursued his cardiac surgical training at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He received advanced training in pediatric cardiac surgery as a Clinical Instructor in Lucille Packard’s Children’s Hospital, Stanford University, California, USA under the supervision of internationally renowned surgeons.
He performs all range of operations in neonates and infants diagnosed with heart disease including complex cardiac surgical procedures. He established the unit of Paediatric Cardiac Surgery in February 2012 in KIMS Hospitals. He has performed around 4000 cases of cardiac surgical operations in children with heart disease. He operated several cases in very small weight babies with excellent outcomes and with minimal mortality.
His expertise includes several procedures like arch repair in neonates and infants with selective cerebral perfusion and repair of coarctation of aorta from thoracotomy with arch advancement, repair of tetralogy of fallot with RVOT reconstruction using PTFE membrane to augment the native pulmonary valve, repair of multiple VSD with endothelial suturing, sutureless technique of repair of TAPVC in neonates with excellent outcomes.
He has published several scientific publications related to outcomes and follow up in various international and national journals. In addition, he has presented similar material in several international conferences.

Dr. Aparna, MD, DM, is the Clinical Director and Head of NICU at KIMS Cuddles. She earned her MD from PGI Chandigarh and DM from AIIMS Delhi, receiving Best Outgoing Student Awards. Honored with Dr. SS Manchanda and Dr. Balagopal Raju Awards at national PEDICON, she is recognized by media as one of South India’s top 10 pediatricians. Dr. Aparna has delivered 100 guest lectures, organized neonatal resuscitation programs and NICU workshops, and taught DNB and fellowship trainees. She has contributed 25 chapters to pediatric textbooks, published 22 peer-reviewed articles, and presented at conferences. She is on the IAP Neo chapter executive board and contributed to National Neonatology Forum guidelines.
